The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Ligonier Valley is set to host its ninth annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28, in partnership with the Ligonier Valley Business and Professional Women’s Club. This year’s event also supports the Ligonier Food Pantry through a canned food collection.

Festivities begin at 1 p.m. with face painting, followed by the Easter Egg Hunt in the museum’s gardens and yard. The rain-or-shine celebration welcomes children of all ages to join in the fun. Adding to the excitement, Living Treasures Animal Park will be on site with special furry guests—including a baby kangaroo and bunnies.

Ligonier Scout Troop 372 will assist with the event, lending a hand to ensure a day full of smiles. Children can trade their collected eggs for toys and treats, thanks to the generosity of the Friends of SAMA, Ligonier Valley. Art kits will also be available for children to take home and enjoy.
